PUBLIC NOTICE: Upcoming Session 81st Ordinary Session of the African Commission on Human & Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR)

In accordance with Article 64(2) of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights and Rule 28 of the ACHPR’s Rules of Procedure (2020):

Banjul, 23 August 2024 – The African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) is pleased to announce the 81st Ordinary Session, scheduled to take place from Thursday, 17 October to Wednesday, 6 November 2024. This session will be held in both public and private formats.

• Opening & Closing Ceremonies: Media conferences will follow both events, and will be held at the session venue.
